Strasbourg

From the mooring in Strasbourg (it's the only overnight mooring 26 euros - poor internet) you are in this lovely peaceful place, not too far from the centre. Opposite is a park.  There are cycle lanes into the centre and a tram to the centre from second bridge, or on foot it's 40 minutes.

When you continue towards the Rhine, you realise that arriving by car would be very different.  There are lots of sprawling suburbs and a noisy motorway. But that's all to come you have the lovely central Strasbourg to discover, and if you like shopping, eating, sightseeing you will be in heaven!
