Pomogi mne vyzhit' sredi etoy smertnoy lyubviGermanMein Gott, hilf mir, diese tödliche Liebe zu überleben), sometimes referred to as the Fraternal Kiss (GermanBruderkuss), is a graffiti painting on the Berlin wall by Dmitri Vrubel, one of the best known of the Berlin wall graffiti paintings. On a hot day there are few better places to spend your time that in

Kirchhof Luisenstadt I Krezberg Cemetery

Cemetery Kreuzberg

Very cool and calm with lots of birds

The Happy Couple - oops wrong husband!
Berlin has the largest population of Goss Hawks anywhere.  We did not see any

The cemeteries had crumbling old mausoleums

We saw quite a few birds and a red squirrel

Red Squirel.  Some red squirrels are black.  This one is red.

I planned to visit Thai park on our third and last day, but it was so stifflingly hot that we spent the day in the cemetery instead!
Georgian Restaurant

On the way back after visiting a Georgian restaurant for supper (Tracy and Simon have a planned trip to Georgia later this year.  Not Georgia USA) We stopped on Oberbaumbrucke a mock fortified bridge near Michelburger Hotal and at East Side Gallery on the North side of the bridge.

Rachel leaving us near the Oberbaumbucke and at the crossroads near the Georgian Reataurant
